Provide the ability to edit a kudos

Someone with the appropriate permission (CAN_ADMINISTER_KUDOS), or the person who submitted the kudos should be able to edit or delete it. Editing should include:

• Changing who is receiving the kudos
• Changing the text of the kudos
• Changing a kudos from private to public
• Changing a kudos from public to private
  • This should probably include deleting the posting to slack, which might mean another db column

I think that I would expect button(s) for these actions on the feedback->kudos pages and the admin->kudos pages.

@mkimberlin Kudos posted by the Check-Ins Integration are posted via the web-hooks URL. Those cannot be deleted by the bot that posts them. Once they are posted, they are attributed to the bot but they are not actually owned by the bot. In order to allow us to delete kudos posted to slack by the Check-Ins Integration, we will need to change the way the messages are posted so that they are owned by the bot. At that point, we can add the ability to delete them. I think that should probably be it's own issue.
