Prefer Ethereum hex address, if available #523
Description
Wherever we show the account name + its address in parenthesis, use the Ethereum version of the address, if it's a secp256k1 account. This will reduce confusion for the accounts that were imported from MetaMask or other Ethereum ecosystem tools.
When running oasis wallet show or oasis account show, both addresses should be shown.
