Drop user into Paren Mode when first opening file if it failed to process #24

Parinfer should remain in Paren Mode if the file cannot be processed, due to the reasons stated in the previous section.

This is not the current behavior. Need to change it. Incidentally, this dovetails nicely with Issue #23

…rompts the user for what to do before changing a file automatically or if the file has unbalanced parens.
