Node.js v0.8 is no longer supported

This reverts commit f341b9b.

Also enable the faster Travis container-based architecture.

Rename tappr/tapr to taper and fix some other stuff:

- Reformat package.json
- Add myself as a contributor
- Fix image and repository links
