webview showDevtools don't have device mode

I use this sample to check it with nwjs-sdk-v0.31.2 on Linux/Windows/Mac, it doesn't have Device Mode button in devtools.

I observe the same opening devtools via F12, where there appears to be no device mode button -

I also tried the shortcut (CTRL + SHIFT + M) but that didn't seem to elicit any response either, whether devtools or the app window was in focus. However, the "devices" tab is still there in settings and lets you select which devices you can work with in device mode.

Is it still meant to be supported? If not, I guess I'll have to find a device with a touchscreen to test on.
