iframe support for new-instance

Is it possible to add support to iframes for supporting the window.open equivilent of "new-instance"? (eg: creating a new node instance for the iframe's process)

This would allow for a greater complexity of applications (such as a node-webkit hosted debugger debugging an application embedded in an iframe).

P.S. I'm aware this likely isn't going to be a priority, but I would greatly appreciate any pointers you could give me on what parts of the webkit branch I would need to look at to make this change happen if it's not a priority.
