Update google analytics provider from UA to v4?

From the current codes and the docs, I see that the ga provider is for Universal Analytics version, which is soon gonna be disabled by google(https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/11583528)

So I think it needs to be replaced by ga4 specific code and guide
