Default build dir is incorrect for Nuxt 4

Not sure if this is a change from Nuxt 3 vs 4, but Nuxflare defaults to dist for the build dir but Nuxt 4 uses .output. Easy to fix by setting the outputDir in sst.config.ts but would be nice if it could set the correct build dir automatically.

Sorry, disregard - I hadn't installed the nuxthub package in my project, which changes the build dir to dist. It might be useful to include @nuxthub/core as a dependency or at least in the installation instructions.
