When adding new recurrence, closed issues are displaying in the listbox.

This is a problem for projects with hundreds of closed issues

With the most recent version, you should be able to add recurrence directly from the issue page, and the selected issue will default to the one from which you clicked 'add recurrence'.

More than likely, the 'fix' for this would be to disallow adding recurrence without going through the issue page, thus negating the need to select an issue at all. Would that be preferable?

Workaround with "add recurrence directly from the issue page" helps, thanx.

I guess, disallowing of the recurrence adding without going through the issue page makes the UI more clearer and apparent.
