Allow user to set font of (separately):

Username
Message
Time Stamp

This issue consists of two parts:

Implementing a settings page for font changing / adding to an existent settings page.
- Can be done now.
- Use QFontDialog
- Do something like this.
Implementing font changing in the Message Display.
- Requires Reimplement Message Display widget #62 to be completed first.
