User name should display on explore page normally

Maybe we could limit user's name length max is 21 characters

1. go to explore page & found a prod whose length of creator name is over 21 characters

What's the device or browser do you use?:
Any device will happen this.

User story
As a capture app user, I want to see any information could be displayed normally so that I don't feel weird for App UI.

Kenny Hung should be backend. Let's limit the characters to the best display in the explorer and profile page.
