[issue] zoom in/out should be zoom in a little when the slider bar just move a little bit

User story
As a capture app user, I want zoom in/out feature could let me control the photo screen smoothly so that I could take a good photo by capture app.

Expectation: Comparing to zoom in/out feature in iPhone. Suggest to set the scale as 1x ~ 10x zoom in.

I found that the zoom feature is far too sensitive also - you can’t be subtle with it, and the pixelation of the image when zoomed even a small amount is really noticeable. Much more than it is with my camera’s native app…

The slider at the bottom is very twitchy, it goes from full wide to full zoom no matter what i touch.
expectation:以上兩位攝影師都跟我反應 zoom in/out 功能的問題。主要問題在於目前的設定 control bar 不容易掌握，加上無法 crop 照片，所以zoom in/out 是可以讓他們控制整個畫面呈現樣子的主要功能。（之前應該已經有report crop 功能）
steps to reproduce:

1. take photo
2. zoom in/out → is too sensitive.

Sam Shall we let zoom in feature max is 10x bigger? Does it need a lot of time (more than 2 working hours)?
