[issue] filter setting will disappear on new caption edit process

Let us know what do you expect to see?:
When user use "edit" option on asset page, add new tag on this asset, and then user press "edit" again, but the tags will be disappear.

Please provide some simple steps to help us reproduce the issue or understand how do you want to see the feature.:

1. choose an asset and added "tags" on it through new edit process.
2. operate Bump @capacitor/cli from 2.2.1 to 2.3.0 #1 again, will find the tag will be disappear.
