Simple fork of ELK logstash in rpm package

TODO

• Add a spec file
• Add source: reference to http: location of logstash 2.2.3
• Add some patches
• apply patches during prep phase of spec file
• test install on gf93
• Success == an rpm with /opt/logstash/* and the init scripts
