[Feature Request] Keep folder organization.

Whether managed or unmanaged folder organization is lost within DoomLauncher.

If it's too much to implement now I get it, but if it's easy to implement it would be a nicety to be able to search my folders first before finding a name in my head related to a particular mod to search with.
