[BUG] Download button overflow

Describe the bug

In version 2.1.0, the download button on the top of the articles overflows when the selected language name is long enough to push it outside of the screen.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select Wikipedia language "Chinese (written vernacular Chinese)".
2. Go to an article.
3. The download button is hidden from view on small devices.

Expected behavior

The download button should appear on different screen sizes or in different selected languages.

The button showed again if I used the phone in landscape mode.
