[BUG] Support RTL directionality

Describe the bug

Arabic, Hebrew and Persian languages (probably among others) are written and displayed from right to the left. WikiReader displays articles always in LTR direction despite the language.

To Reproduce

• Open any article in Arabic or any other RTL typing system.
• The text and titles will appear aligned to the left and directed from the left.

Expected behavior

Since Arabic is RTL language the align and direction should start from the right.

If you set your system language to Arabic, it does use RTL. However as you pointed out here the layout direction is not updated if the article language is changed.
