predict library issue on windows

i tweaked around a bit and i finally was able to install predict library on windows 11 but the issue is the cpredict is not being recognized in the code as it shows up as a .so file which is a typical linux output, is there a way you guys can provide the .dll or python package format of cpredict please? thank you
