feat(gatsby): update gatsby to version 3.10.0

[xiongemi]

• add webpack5 for gatsby as default init

Current Behavior

• currently, gatsby uses version 3.5.0
• also gatsby needs webpack 5 as its dev dependencies, it needs to be specified in the user's package.json in order for serve to run
• currently for scss style option, uses node-sass

Expected Behavior

• upgrade gatsby to version 3.10.0
• replace node-sass with sass
