fix(devkit): do not update unknown properties to workspace configuration

Current Behavior

When properties such as $schema are in workspace.json they get copied over to nx.json when updating workspace configuration.

Expected Behavior

Properties such as $schema should not be copied from workspace.json to nx.json.
