VALLHORN device duplicated

Hi! I just received a Dirigera and found your integration, congrats!!

Do you know if this is expected? The VALLHORN sensor is showing 2 times, one with correct name and the movement sensor and second one with the characters name with the Illuminance sensor

Hi again, I've vibe coded a solution and created a PR. I can't tell if the changes make sense, but it works after it.
