Remove-Migration throws System.NullReferenceException when using NpgsqlRange<DateTimeOffset>

I have a class like this:

public class Period
{
    // ...
    public NpgsqlRange<DateTimeOffset> TimeRange { get; set; }
}

When I add migration and remove it, I get an error:

Sorry this hasn't received an earlier answer - I've submitted a fix for this in 8.0.11.
