Support for translating array_remove function

Please support for translating array_remove to remove an element from array data type in update queries.
same array_agg best place is FE.Functions.

EF.Functions.ArrayRemove<T>(IEnumrable<T>, T)

@mojtabakaviani submitted #3328. Instead of adding EF.Functions.ArrayRemove(), this recognizes array.Where(a => a != i) and translates that to PG array_remove (it's always preferable to use regular LINQ concepts rather than introducing a new EF.Functions function).
