Streaming Resampler?

Do you know if there is a way to manipulate this to accept and output and audio stream?

In my own tests, you run into issues because you can't create an unlimited number of offline audio contexts and so you can resample like this in quick chunks.

Hmm.. I would suspect that would be the issue. The WebAudio API itself isn't really designed for this. Swapping in and out OfflineAudioContexts is also a really flaky way of doing things. Sadly, with the current state of things, it doesn't seem like it could be made streaming. But if you can think of a way, I'm more than happy to experiment.

I actually got it working swapping out offlineAudioContexts but it was about 10 times slower than this other option:

I've had a problem with periodic artifacts in the audio with the second example though.
