fix: make the notion-enhancer menu visible again

This PR address to the announcement made in the discord channel that the notion-enhancer menu was no longer visible

What does your code do and why?
It changes the query selector to decide where the notion-enhancer menu will be inserted

NOTE: I only checked my code change with the extension, but it should work for the desktop app too

@DarkOnion0 not at all, thanks for making it. However, this is only one of a whole number of bugs that would need to be fixed before a patch update for the notion-enhancer could be released, and since I won't be able to work on those until I graduate at the end of the year, leaving it as a PR means that a) when I am able to work on the notion-enhancer I'll remember that there was a PR for this, and b) it's easy to find for people who would like to manually patch their own installations of the notion-enhancer.
