SAGA Grid Calculator not working in QGIS 3.34 with SAGA 9.5.1

When I try to run SAGA Grid Calculator in QGIS 3.34 with SAGA 9.5.1 I always get the "The following layers were not correctly generated." error.

The processing log says:
Error: The tool does not know some of the provided arguments!!
[NAME, FNAME]

The same operation runs perfectly in QGIS 2.28 using SAGA 7.8.2 via the Processing Saga NextGen Provider. In the SAGA 9.5.1 UI the Grid calculator also runs without problems. Am I missing something or is this a bug?
