Starting a new session gets printed twice and removing the last addition to the timer causes a fatal error even with time in the stack

These bugs are currently unreproduced. Occasionally while using the timer, "--- Started a new timer session ---" will be printed twice on use of shift+F9. Using shift+F7 to undo the last addition of time to the stack will cause an index error even with time recorded in the stack.
