Glassomorphic background implemented.

I created the glassomorphic background of the About section by making the background opaque and increasing the backdrop blur. I also added a horizontal line beneath the About header to make it look more aesthetic. (This is implemented both for the dark and light modes).

Sorry for not being clear earlier but what we were expecting was the about section be a solid color, but when the about section is opened everything behind the about section becomes blurred hence a glassmorphic effect so that the focus is on the about section. But we do love the horizontal line beneath the header.
