I believe that the ability to search chats would be great. There have been many times that I would like to go back to a chat, and I can only recall some of what was said in the chat. I have hundreds of chats, and I do not name them. Sure, not having a naming convention is on me, and at the same time, a naming convention would not save me from being unable to quickly locate a chat based upon what I can recall of that chat.
