Why

Parent issue for patch mode (preview/apply pipeline). Use this issue to group and track patch-related work (backlog refine --patch, patch apply, suggest→patch).

What

• Command: specfact patch / specfact backlog refine --patch
• Purpose: Assign child issues and change proposals to this parent via Relationships or project Type grouping.
• OpenSpec: Changes under openspec/changes/patch-01-*. See openspec/CHANGE_ORDER.md.

Acceptance Criteria

• All patch-related issues are linked to this parent.
• Implementation order follows CHANGE_ORDER.md.
