Generally phrasing that talks about "the disabled" or "the visually impaired" feels othering, whereas it is more common these days to have identity focused framing.

@nolanlawson any idea why circleci keeps popping up in my pull requests?

@NickColley Circle CI can get into weird states like that. You may need to revoke the app entirely in your GitHub settings. I probably also need to go in and remove it on the Circle CI side of things.
