Linux，undo -->Ctrl +Z is not work

i have checked the configuration is right, but only keys: Ctrl+Z is not work ,what should i do ？
i think the command ‘‘undo’’ is not work on my linux computer， but other soft on my computer, Ctrl+Z is work！
