Description

Probably a cosmetic revision to improve terminology and document organization. In particular:

  • Maybe integrate PSK into text earlier

  • Instead of SetNonce, have a separate object representing an AEAD key without a nonce

  • Rename "transport phase" to "traffic phase"

  • Better terminology for when the first transport/traffic message is used to complete the "handshake".

Status

Still discussing, particularly the last bullet.
