Nodes had some hard-coded values for width and height that made long node or port names overflow. But now we can handle any (?) size.
Future work to be done for "flags" like graft/flatten, but deferring that to when they're actually implemented.
Some tangential work in here too wrt "pinned ports" becoming explicit "inputs" and "outputs". Should simplify future export work.
