I can't see why skip riscv64 node24 build.

It was just re-enabled in #210, but was previous skipped on purpose

As @nschonni says it was intentially skipped because it didn't build cleanly in the cross-compile environment without a V8 fix which had not been backported until 24.13.1.

It has now been re-enabled and 24.13.1 is now available on the unofficial builds server as per #150 (comment)
