stream: fix thrown object reference #36065

The thrown error incorrectly references the previous entry in the list, rather than the one that is problematic.

This makes for a very confusing error message. Eg. The "transform[0]" argument must be of type function or an instance of Stream. Received an instance of ReadableStream.

@kanongil Could you add a test to ensure this doesn't reproduce in the future? It's OK if you don't want to, I can take care of it once this PR has landed.
