Notes

The agenda comes from issues labelled with ctc-agenda across all of the repositories in the nodejs org. Please label any additional issues that should be on the agenda before the meeting starts.

Joining the meeting

Uberconference; participants should have the link
& numbers, contact me if you don't.

Public participation

We stream our conference call straight to YouTube so anyone can listen
to it live, it should start playing at
https://www.youtube.com/c/nodejs+foundation/live when we turn it on.
There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and
then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to
before we can start recording & streaming. So be patient and it should
show up.

Many of us will be on IRC in #node-dev on Freenode if you'd like to
interact, we have a Q/A session scheduled at the end of the meeting if
you'd like us to discuss anything in particular. @nodejs/collaborators
in particular if there's anything you need from the CTC that's not worth
putting on as a separate agenda item, this is a good place for it.

Standup section is ready (more than 24 hours in advance!) so please fill it out ahead of the meeting if you can. Thanks!

Wouldn't nodejs/post-mortem#30 be better suited to be discussed during a TSC meeting?

Let's skip it until next week? How many people are going to miss it today?

(Why do Node.js conferences always happen during CTC calls?!)

FWIW, the first half hour of the CTC meeting coincides with a break in the conference schedule. Finding a quiet place in this venue will be a challenge though.

I'd really prefer to have the meeting just because there's so much on the agenda, but if we can't do it, that certainly isn't the end of the world. We can make an effort to try to handle as much as possible in GitHub and IRC this week.

Folks in the meeting who are at NodeSummit who aren't tied up. I have a room booked at the WeWork just around the corner at 25 Taylor St. If you head over I can meet you in the lobby at 12:45 and bring you up. If I'm not there when you get in, ping me on IRC or DM on Twitter.

You can come over early if you like too. Plenty of space to work, snack, drinks and even lunch apparently.
