Yes, if it works for you and you've tested it thoroughily, you sure can.

Please note though that everyone involved in this release considers this to be of "beta" quality. It will mature over the next couple of months as more people start to try it out and report problems.

Keep in mind that it's coming up on 2 years since 0.10 was branched and we're working off code that diverged from that time from what people are now using in production so the same caveats would apply here to putting Node.js 0.11 into production.
