test: debugger/helper-debugger-repl.js is outdated

It seems that after #11207 or something the header lines of debugger output have been changed, so the assumptions of this file are outdated. All the debugger tests fail now as they depend on this file. I am not sure how to fix it or should it be fixed at all, sorry.
