test: add test for zlib.create*Raw()

Currently, there are no tests that exercise `zlib.createInflateRaw()` or
`zlib.createDeflateRaw()`.

This adds minimal tests that invoke the functions and confirm that they
return `zlib.InflateRaw`/`zlib.DeflateRaw` objects.
