I know not everything should necessarily be referred to Comm Comm, but here's my thinking:

• I don't think this repository attracts much attention so this will probably not generate any traffic anyway.
• I want to avoid presenting people with a menu of choices. I'd rather just say "go here" and if the one or two people that ever follow those instructions end up in the wrong place, we'll deal with it then.

Going to land this and then archive the repository. If anyone wants to see changes to this, they can un-archive (if permitted) or open a an issue in the TSC agenda. Archiving is reversible so not much reason not to do it, I think.
