Description

Follow-up to #1813. There Alpine 3.17 was added, but due to me not paying enough attention on my Windows machine, the docker-entrypoint.sh files were actually committed as non-executable in the new image directories.

This ensures all entrypoint scripts have the correct 755 mode again.

Motivation and Context

Fixes builds failing in docker-library/official-images#13716.

Created PR on the official-images repo (docker-library/official-images#13716). See https://github.com/docker-library/faq#an-images-source-changed-in-git-now-what if you are wondering when it will be available on the Docker Hub.
