Meeting Created Too Soon

The action runs every Monday for the current week. If a meeting occurs on a Monday, the issue will only be made a few hours before the meeting.

We should implement #189, and run the action every day, so it always creates a meeting seven days prior.

Running it daily shouldn't be the solution of it, if it runs on Today's Monday, and there's a meeting next Monday, it should generate said issue for that Monday on the next week. Maybe the issue is the range being incorrect, as IMO it should always create meeting issues in one week of advance.

How running it daily would solve it? It would create an issue as soon as that given day becomes part of the window it determines?

Right now I think the code starts on Sunday to next Sunday (no matter which day you run) it grabs the current week you're in and grabs the beginning and end of it. Or maybe you changed something? IDK.

But probably the current logic of grab the week number you are in and then grab the beginning + end bounds isn't the best solution, because running this job daily wouldn't fix that.

Yes, it does.

My proposed solution would be to update this to check the day of run + 6 days (one week), and run daily.
