Moving 12:00 UTC time to 14:00 UTC

Current TSC meeting times are UTC 12:00 17:00 22:00.

@fhinkel has proposed moving to UTC 14:00 17:00 22:00.

TSC meeting (private segment because I forgot during public segment, sorry) consensus was to move forward with that.

I'll update the calendar.

Thank you! This is a short term solution, we should revisit our schedules again and see if we can find better times.

@Trott @fhinkel This excludes one TSC member who was otherwise included and lowers the participation fairness, even after taking meeting cancellation probability into account.

I suggest to just move to 16:00, 20:00, 22:00 instead.

@ChALkeR Can we move that new suggestion to a new issue? I'd like to keep this discussion of the agreed-upon current schedule separate from your proposal (which I'm excited about, and thank you for doing all the number-crunching work).

For this specific proposal - I am not in favor of it for the reason stated above, but I won't block this (as I already mentioned at the meeting). I.e. you could technically count that as abstention.

Even taking my abstention into account, there was a quorum at the meeting, so this is not blocked.
