Description

  • upgraded all dependencies the latest versions
  • fixed small type issues caused by dependency upgrades
  • fixed out of date configs for webpack/babel/typedoc
  • removed jasmine usage in tests in favor of built-in expect methods
  • update circleci nodejs version
