Preview sync partially broken

If the specific MIDI track that chartchotic is loaded on is not open, the preview plays out of sync with the audio (visuals are earlier than audio). The preview has proper sync while the specific MIDI track is open, and this behavior is regardless of settings such as track discovery/calibration

This is semi inconvenient when working on a multi-chart project as whatever MIDI track the plugin is loaded on needs to be opened for proper sync on other instruments

This is probably related to REAPER's Buffering options.

@carlmylo Aha you are (mostly) correct! Unchecking the "Anticipative FX processing - superior multiprocessing and lower interface latencies" option does fix my original issue. Great call out!

Interestingly, the original RBN preview VST does not exhibit this same issue, it seems to bypass that setting entirely. Hopefully something @noahbaxter can work on in the future now that the cause of this behavior is clear!
