add telegram support (+pgp)

the next step is to adopt this knowlege to the non-bot telegram api. maybe a first retrofit telegram bare metal app can be build with: https://gitlab.com/deadlockz/jabahclint

Interesting point: using pgp encryption inside telegram (and not the peer-to-peer encryption from the telegram team) ;-D
