We are targeting a prerelease for early February and a release for mid February
Checklist for before prerelease

- Make sure excel postprocessing up to date (RM)
- Make changes to SS if any bugs caught in prerelease
- code committed and tagged in repo as v3.30.19 (RM)
- Release exes built (KD)
- Exe and .tpl archived on Google drive (KD)
- Change log updated in Stock Synthesis repo (KD)
- All exes added to github releases as v3.30.19 (KD)
- Add GUI to vlab (KD , if Neal wants this done)

- Removed "resolved" tag and close all issues worked in the milestone for this release (KD)
