The plain OEWN 2025 has removed the "Instance" relation, so it is preferable to use version "2025+", because it is closer in scope to the previous wordnet versions.
This implies that we will also need PR 3494 in NLTK, to support the plus-sign in the OEWN 2025+ version name.
