Prepending document title to newly imported document should be optional

When importing a new document into a collection by manually providing the text of the document the document title is automatically prepended to the document. This behaviour is unwanted in the case where the text being annotated corresponds to an existing corpus and the prepending of an extra line causes the line numbers to cease being synchronised with the original corpus. So far this has been the scenario every time I have used brat -- so I have to go in and manually remove the line from the file.

Perhaps a check box should be provided (enabled by default?) that specifies that this will happen.

Also, I'm not even sure if the title field is used for anything else. If not, then this field would only be needed to eb filled out if the prepending behaviour was desired.

I agree with this feature request, marking as high for v1.4. Assigning to @amadanmath for client-side changes. I think we also should take this opportunity to change the protocol as well so that it doesn't include a title but rather a batch of raw text and thus leave it up to the client how it wants to merge titles and whatnot.

I was wondering why the title was there since it was implemented, given that you can just write the title in the text box anyway. +1

Agreed with the decision, this was an unnecessary leftover from an old use case.
